There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 242(FIN) was read the third time. **The presence of Representative Kerttula was noted. Representative Kott declared a potential conflict of interest on behalf of all members of the body. The Speaker stated that all members would be required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 242(FIN) pass the House?" Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 242(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
